S L O W S U N D A Y S
Slow Sundays is a series of gentle, soulful workshops and events that invite you to step out of the rush and into creativity, ritual and connection.
Held in beautiful, sensory-rich spaces, each session offers a moment to slow down, tune in, and make something with your hands and heart.
Whether you’re painting with your child, gathering with friends, or taking time just for you, Slow Sundays is about presence - noticing beauty, fostering wonder, and remembering what matters.
It’s not about perfection; it’s about the joy of process, the warmth of shared moments, and the quiet magic that happens when we make space for art and pause.

A WINTER’S TABLE
JULY 20
Winter’s Table is a soulful painting workshop for parents and children (ages 5 and up) to slow down and create, side by side. Inspired by the quiet magic of winter gardens, this special session invites you to gather around the table and explore gouache painting using seasonal florals and botanicals. Through joyful mark-making, careful looking and creative connection, you’ll compose your own still-life artworks to take home - along with new memories made in good company.
Led by artist and mother Emma Benichou, the session is held in her sunlit Nedlands studio. All materials are provided, as well as warming hot cocoa, nourishing herbal teas and cake. No experience necessary - just bring a sense of curiosity, connection, and wonder.
